Policy

The booking calendar for the current month will open on the first Monday of the month prior. (example: February 2024 calendar will open on the first Monday of January 2024.

No same day appointments. Same Day refers to an appointment requested within 24 hours of the service time.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled time or you will be charged half of the amount of your service.

No call- No Show will result in the full amount being charged and denial of future appointments until done so.

Deposits are non-refundable and one-time transferrable when agreed upon with your haircare specialist.

Unnotified Late fees and Squeeze in fees (when applicable) will be $50 and will be added onto the service total.

Before confirming your appointment, please ensure that you have completed the release forms, read through the policy in its entirety, and submitted your agreement. Failure to do so may result in delayed confirmation of appointment or complete cancellation.

It is highly recommended that you book a consultation prior to booking a service. Consultations can be performed in a variety of ways with the addition to in person. Consultations are conversations that are monumental in determining the best style for your goal, and expectations, recommendations, etc.

Processing time once orders are placed is 2-5 business days.

Delivery Time once orders have shipped is approximately 3-7 business days.

ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the customization of each order, it is imperative that you verify the items you are ordering are correct before processing payment. No refunds will be offered for any products sold.
